Adult's Defense Class

While we have numerous students training at our academy to prepare for competitive tournaments, our emphasis will always be teaching people self-defense. At Nova Geracao Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, we offer adult's defense class, a course designed to teach self-defense methods in the real world while serving as an alternative form of workout. The class teaches students how to use leverage and proper techniques to defend themselves from a larger adversary.
